After I moved into my house I knew I needed a whole new heating and A/C system - outside unit and inside thermostat. After shopping around a bit I called Frederick Heating & Air Conditioning. I am so glad I did. From start to finish, Phil and his team were responsive, professional and efficient. They installed this great Amana unit and I couldn't be happier. The company's pricing was very good, the people knowledgeable, they installed in the time frames they promised (the next day!), the install was perfectly done, and they cleaned up after themselves. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything, doing more than was required. Phil was a pleasure to work with. He went over and beyond to replace our 15yr old dead Heat-Pump the next day after consulting with him. We were in need of a complete Heat pump system for the upstairs zone and he determined that a 2 ton system for the sq. footage was not enough and recommended a 3 ton system. What a difference did that make! Our primary bedroom is finally warm along with the other bedrooms and the system runs for a short period to heat the upstairs. We took advantage of a multi-HVAC discount and other savings to replace the downstairs furnace and air conditioner as well. We ended up getting Amana HVAC systems backed by their impressive 10yr parts warranty and lifetime unit replacement for each system. I am relieved that I have new HVAC systems for the rest of winter and especially for this upcoming summer heat!
