As always, we received an email and a phone call to let us know when the HVAC technician would be arriving. The Holtzople HVAC technicians are always very professional, clean, thorough, and polite and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions we have, and their expertise and experience are evident in the excellent service they provide."

We also had a broken receptacle box in dining room. The service man was on time, clean, courteous, and hard working. He kept the house & work areas clean w/mat & shoe covers. I originally saw Tim Kyle service men at a supply store. They kindly answered my questions, they were in uniform & clean, plus their vehicle was also clean and not damaged. They were clean cut young men and very polite. They made a lay down area in my basement with blankets. They wore covers over there shoes while in and out of the house. They were very respectful of my home. They worked non stop until 5:00 PM. They had a separate sheet metal mechanic that showed up and did really nice sheet metal work. I was impressed. After a year went by my thermostat went out and they came out and replaced it free of charge. I signed up for the maintenance contract and they come out twice a year . Once in the winter and once in the summer. Another part went bad after two years and it was under warranty and they replaced it free of charge. They are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them."
