Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. "Yes. Jay was great! He came and did an inspection and suggested I wait for the heavy rain that was coming to see if I had any issues. I called him back about 2 weeks later and he returned to drill into 2 areas in my basement. Put a camera or scope in to see if there was water in the walls? none! He cleaned up and caulked the holes.
