Bill helped us with kitchen counter caulking, needed carpentry to replace rotting wood around the front door, cleaning out and reworking the dryer vent piping plus repaired the back fence gate that was a problem getting stuck for years. Bill was a pleasure to work with and even scheduled the project to suite our availability. As I said we will definitely hire bill again."

"He did an AMAZING job for about 1/3 of what I expected and that's without the heck duty pet resistant screens he installed. Oh, came and took screens, worked on them at his place then returned and installed them 1 week later. Tried to post experience on my condo's message board website but post was never approved. I assume because they recommend a different provider that as stated is way more expensive. I will pass Dex's info on directly to neighbors who I have told directly about this experience. Oh, BTW, really nice guy, great with comma and on time! Lesson learned: Stratford Condominium in Reston's new Management Company is probably getting kickbacks and sucks! "The installation was started on time and was completed on time as we had discussed and listed in the contract. I gave the contractor a key to my home to let himself in as the work was being done while I was at work. The contractor took very good care of my home and he cleaned up every day before he and his crew left.

Overall, was very pleased with the work done and will use them again. Items fixed: Installed door sweep for the front entryway. Works fine. Took care of the draft. Replaced screen on porch door, and also stabilized the door frame. Working great."

"Overall the staff I dealt with were very nice and professional showed up at the appointment time. One thing I did not realize is that the appointment would take a while as they really go into the details of designing a closet based on your direct input and specifications. Unfortunately I had to end the meeting as I had another vendor coming to provide a quote and didn't realize the amount of time that was required of the appointment (my husband had set it up). Honestly for someone like me and the type of house I have I wanted to something quality but not overly specific to my taste I'm all about putting in enhancements to my home that will last the tests of time and ever changing style preferences."
