"I had been trying to get my chain linked fence replaced since June and I have never seen company's act like they didn't want to take my money (Lowes, Long Fence). I was either never contacted back or was given a 8 week time frame just for materials. I contacted Matt of Minor Adjustments on Monday evening and he came out to give me an estimate within a couple hours. He was very professional and concise with what needed to be done and how long it would take. Needless to say in less than a week his guys were onsite tearing down my old fence and installing the new one. They were also professional and focused on completing the project and doing it correctly. I would definitely use this company again."

Oh, came and took screens, worked on them at his place then returned and installed them 1 week later. Tried to post experience on my condo's message board website but post was never approved. I assume because they recommend a different provider that as stated is way more expensive. I will pass Dex's info on directly to neighbors who I have told directly about this experience. Oh, BTW, really nice guy, great with comma and on time! Lesson learned: Stratford Condominium in Reston's new Management Company is probably getting kickbacks and sucks! "We had scheduled our wood floors to be resurfaced with another company, but while the rooms were all cleared out, it was a good time to repair drywall and paint. Henry sent someone immediately to give us an estimate. We only had 5 days to work with before the floors were to be started. His crew started the very next day! All were professional and respectful. They repaired spots we didn't know existed! Henry visited twice, once as the men were working and the next to inspect the completed job. He was available by phone at any time for questions/concerns. Although we thought the price was expensive like other reviewers, considering what they did on the timeline given and the excellent results, we would definitely use them again. We have already given their card to the neighbors."
