Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work. Bill helped us with kitchen counter caulking, needed carpentry to replace rotting wood around the front door, cleaning out and reworking the dryer vent piping plus repaired the back fence gate that was a problem getting stuck for years. "The refinishing of the floors went without a hitch. Our house has four sets of stairs that have 6 landings and all of the stairs were carpeted when the house was built. When Tony's team took up the carpet on the stairs we discovered that the builder had made the steps and risers of white wood but the landings were press board which would look terrible painted.  Tony and his team then had to install 6 small floors, one on each landing, before the painting could proceed.  Once the floors were installed the steps and railings were painted but in doing so we discovered that  the sides of the steps need repainting because of the carpet removal. Tony's team then returned to repaint the sides of the steps. Tony and his team members are professional and courteous and are very customer focused and as a result will do whatever is needed to make sure the customer is satisfied.

"Our church needed 4 very large outside windows & frames pressure washed to remove dirt & grime.  Mr. Lucas was out within 2 days to give an estimate. Working around weather conditions, Mr. Lucas did an excellent job in cleaning the windows. A small about of grime remained.  However, the windows are located next to a bus stop which contributed greatly to the excessive grime.  We were pleased with the work, the cost of the work & the timely manner in which the job was done.  We would use him again.
