"The painter arrived on time. I provided the paint; he provided the brush and covering for the front sidewalk and back cement area next to the door. There is cement between the porch floor and the brick wall. He painted the cement but we had a disagreement about whether he left paint on the brick ; he said no and I said yes. There was an area of white paint on the brick; when I touched it with my finger there was paint on my finger. The area below the cement was not covered up during the painting process and now shows paint. The back door had not been painted in many years and had cracked paint. The painter scraped off the old paint on the door and around the door frame. The company provided a discount for being an Angie's List member. This company office was difficult to reach prior to coming for the paint job. I called the office but calls were not quickly returned. I was advised to buy a specific brand of paint but when I had additional questions no one from the office contacted me."

"We had scheduled our wood floors to be resurfaced with another company, but while the rooms were all cleared out, it was a good time to repair drywall and paint. Henry sent someone immediately to give us an estimate. We only had 5 days to work with before the floors were to be started. His crew started the very next day! All were professional and respectful. They repaired spots we didn't know existed! Henry visited twice, once as the men were working and the next to inspect the completed job. He was available by phone at any time for questions/concerns. It is a 32 x 10 deck with a Pergola in the center. It is beautiful. Because this was so awesome and the quality of work was fantastic, we now have the Fascia board on our house replaced with an addition of Soffits. It is beautiful and maintenance free. This company will be installing new gutters this week. 7th State Builders do it all. Their motto is If you can dream it, we can build it. This is so very true. I love All of the work and the crews are polite and clean up completely when finished with each job. I will be having a new addition built soon."
