Selecting Guerra Construction LLC was the Best decision we made to replace and extend our Deck with composite decking. They replaced the railings and stairs coming out of the house as well as the stairs at the bottom of the deck. It was even included in the contract to move our extremely heavy gazebo to the extended area. Additionally, when you come out our front door there was a steep step down onto the step that we felt was a safety issue. After discussion with Guerra Lead person, Mr. Jairo, he came up with the idea to construct a front porch with railings and stairs using the same materials as the back deck. Best Idea!!! We had bids from other construction companies. After analyzing the bids, Guerra offered the best price and were very detailed in their contract. There was no second guessing what needed to be done. As a matter of fact, we was able to use Guerra information to find out if line items on the other company contracts were covered which led to them nickel-and-dime us in their pricing. We did not feel comfortable doing business with them. Guerra folks are true professionals, courteous, on time and cared about their results. They take great pride in their work. Their performance was outstanding. They paid attention to what we wanted and ensured we were satisfied customers. Even when we had delays in our material they kept communication open and immediately worked us into their scheduling once the material arrived. We will definitely use them for our next project as well as recommend to others.

This small family-operated company gave a competitive price to rip my rotted deck down to solid bones and rebuild and to install a new pergola. Original date was rained out so they put in a solid Saturday to make up for it. All demo was completed and new pressure treated lumber installed. Big difference in workmanship, these guys do a good job. They came back out Monday morning g to finish the pergola and the new steps. The site was left clean both days. Finished product is great...sturdy and attractive. I have already requested an estimate for some fence/gate work. I would work with Guerra Construction again.

I needed to add on to the deck in order to install a wheelchair lift for my son. I started doing it myself but was running out of time, so I called Guerra Construction. They came out the next day, saw the materials I had and what was left - as well as what I missed - and gave me a good price. At first I was a little skeptical but as they were working I could see the experience. Every cut was perfect. Everything fit tight together. They knew what needed to be added for code and for safety and quickly produced a quality deck. I'm amazed at the quality of the work and how well they made my amateur attempt look professional. The new deck is beautiful! After this I will be bringing them back for a fence.

The work was scheduled 2 days after I told Mr. Guerra I wanted to move forward with the fence and gate repair. The workman and his helper went over what was supposed to be done and within and hour and half all the work was complete. The workmen did a fantastic job and even asked me if I was satisfied with the work which I was. I would highly recommend them for all of your fencing needs.

Guerra construction had the best pricing out of 7 companies! You usually have to pick 2 out of the 3 when it comes to quality, pricing and service but I was able to have all 3 with Guerra and his team. Removed old deck within a couple of hours.The new deck was installed the next day with 90 % completion. Finished product was beyond my expectations, work was performed at good time frame and crew very professional. Excellent quality of work and I would highly recommend to anyone needing concrete, deck, or fence work. New deck is 12x16 and is definitely safer than my old deck
