i had an absolutely wonderful experience with Jeff and his team. He was wonderful to work with and listened to our needs. The work he did was flawless and he had our entire fence built in less than 2 days on an over 2 acre property. I cannot recommend Jeff enough, and I will definitely be using him again!

This is the second time I hire Jeff’s team. As I know they are professional, from estimate to complete the job, always in timely manner. Even after the project, a few fence boards (material problem) they came to replace them with no problem. Thank you and hope they will maintain their good job; home owner needs contractor like them.

Jeff and his team are wonderful (insert any number of positive descriptors here). After a large tree fell into my yard, it took out our fence, which we rely on to protect our pets and property from the foxes who run behind our property. Jeff was on site within 48 hours of us reaching out and explained exactly what needed to happen, how his team would proceed and gave us a price and timeline that were more than fair. They actually fit us in two days ahead of time and had the fence up the same day. We are very pleased and would absolutely recommend them. The entire team from top to bottom is professional, knowledgeable and appreciative of the business. Never once did they give off the impression that they thought they were doing us a favor, which seems to be an unfortunate trend lately. Truly a pleasure doing business with them. Scutro Properties installed a vinyl dog-eared picket fence in our backyard. The fence was installed in a day and looks gorgeous. Our project consisted of adding a roof over an existing 12 x 12 deck that was attached to an existing 12x16 covered porch. We had been receiving quotes from various companies (basically from those that would actually call us back) that varied wildly. Some even quoted us as high as 100k because they wanted to tear everything down and start from scratch. Jeff and his company (Scutro Properties) were heaven sent! Jeff and his company built a covered porch for another house in the neighborhood and it looked as if it was built at the same time as when the house was originally built. I didn’t look like an add on. Scutro Properties did an OUTSTANDING job on our addition. Jeff and his crew were extremely professional and they kept us in the loop during the entire permitting and building process. My family and I cannot wait for warmer weather to come so that we can enjoy our new found space. We were so impressed with Scutro Properties that they are the only company that I will use for the other upcoming projects in our backyard. If you give them a chance, I guarantee that you will feel the same way too.

I would like to sincerely thank Jeff and his team over at Scutro Properties on the new fence they installed on our home. My fiance and I just bought a house, and wanted to get a fence installed before we moved in so the dog would have a yard to run in. We were getting approximately 3/4 of an acre fenced, and Jeff and his guys came in and knocked it all out in 1 day. They did an outstanding job. Everything looks great and I would highly recommend them.
