Wini's Construction was one of five companies asked for estimates and eventually selected to accomplish several of our house exterior repairs/work. Wini's very professional crew, led by Alberto, arrived on the day and time agreed upon and finished all requested work and repairs within one day. All repairs were completed as agreed in the cost estimate, scope of work, and to our complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company due to its professionalism, work ethics and reasonable costs.

Very shocked , I never had this great service from any handyman. The crew was very detail oriented with making sure the drywall repair was covered in plastic, they even covered the floor. The drywall repair job looks excellent, professional. The crew was kind and friendly. When the crew was finished they cleaned the entire area and finished with a vacuum. I will be using this handyman again.

It was a big project but the did a great job.

The team helped replace portions of my fence that were broken or rotted, including the posts and sections in between. They did an excellent job, working efficiently and being incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. Hired Wini's to install a new roadside mailbox and post we purchased. It required digging a new post hole, setting a post and metal sleeve in concrete, and installing the box itself. Wini's responded immediately via text and through the app, and was able to do a remote estimate that was tied for the least expensive with another of four estimates we had. There were a couple of hiccups along the way -- a couple of texts/messages we sent didn't get through so I was concerned when we didn't hear back, but followup attempts got everything set. Wendy and Israel performed the work. They were right on time, did a perfect job. We're very happy with the result. We'll ask for estimates from them in the future.

We had the chance to work with Wini's Construction on renovating our basement, especially after having a contractor come in and screwed us over. Alberto gave us a great price and completed the work in a timely manner. We especially loved how Alberto gave suggestions when we were unsure. I wish we could had found Wini's Construction from the beginning. I would definitely hire them for any projects.

I can say out of all the estimates i had received Wini's Construction was fairly price. when it cane time to start the job, Alberto and his team arrived promptly and did amazing job with the fence. 100% regret hiring Winis Construction. had a very straight forward project to move outlets. after the work that was done the outlets worked but they cut the power to the entire rest of my living and kitchen was cut because they cut the circuit wire . they went out for lunch drank boxes of coronas for hours on camera and then came back inside and patched the wall and left the cut wires cut . when I called to have them come fix it. the owner Alberto acted as if he did not remember coming and doing the work. came to inspect the next day and then never came back like he said to fix the work. never called back. only texted briefly to coordinate a later time . I am extremely flexible with time and he never came back to finish or complete his work. to this day I have not heard back. I have had to pay FH FURR to come and do a diagnostic that now I have to pay them to repair.

I hired Winis Construction to paint a bedroom and they did a terrific job with painting and being very clean. I appreciate how they move the furniture very carefully along with taping and covering my personal items to prevent anything getting paint on them. Winis Construction was very detailed and effective with their work.

During the estimate, I appreciate how Alberto listen to exactly what I was looking for (with adding on another bedroom) and along with adding suggestions to help everything come together. UPDATE to review: Bumped up the rating after the rest of the work was finally completed. However, was still some unfinished portions of the painting (example: the in wall bookshelf / alcove in the basement was not painted inside). Overall painting job looked fairly good, but paint was dripped on some of the windows and not cleaned up afterwards; also, paint job was apparently only a single coat of coverage as walls were able to be scratched very easily, revealing the previous paint color underneath. Owner of business also kept bugging me via text messages to update my review to a more positive one as job was finally finished. He also had said three times that the work had been completed when it wasnt - one of those times was when we were physically IN THE HOUSE and could see with our own eyes that it wasnt complete. A toss-up with this company for anyone looking to get a job done by them in the future - so Caveat emptor... We hired Winis to paint the interior of our house and replace moldings that we had not had time to install. Painting was ok no real problem there. However after the fact he charged us extra to remove a small bathroom boarder and a 12x7 kitchen boarder. They agreed to do the molding in 2 closets in master and in basement around room and around sliding glass door. They sent pictures saying everything was done however none of the molding was done and the house was a mess. They took down a curtain and through it in the tub and left a door of the hinges and in the middle of the basement floor. After he sent the pictures we had follow up questions and he said the guys had left for the day but he would have them send pics the next day. Since the pictures looked ok even with our follow up not being answered yet we trusted them and sent payment. We have not been able to get ahold of them since.

Punctual- good estimate compared to other estimates. Started on time and completed within estimated time - cleaned up afterward. Highly recommend this company-
