"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. I'm very happy with the service and this company and have already recommended them too many of my friends. Keep up the great service Best Air Quality and Restoration!"

"I sold my 3-story townhouse and was in need of cleaning services once the movers packed and emptied the house. Isabela and her team did a great deal with my move out service. "George Bowen performed a flue tile repair and installation of a liner in our furnace chimney. All work in this 2-day job was high quality, and we were not left with anything to clean up at completion. As part of the project, George also corrected a recent unsatisfactory repair to our 2 chimney crowns that was performed by unlicensed chimney sweep. For both projects, George spent extra time with us to ensure we understood the details of flue lining and proper crown repair. We appreciate that he also gave us the recommendation not to use either of our 1950's vintage fireplaces for wood burning due to carbon monoxide concerns. Both fireplaces have had inserts removed and are no longer safe. We'll be sure to call George again when we're ready for the next fireplace project."
