"They were a little late, as a previous job went over. But to compensate me for the delay they gave me a free dryer vent clesning, and it really needed it. The guy was very courteous and thorough on my chimney, cleaned it but said he didn'the notice any real occlusions, and recommended I preheat the chimney in the future, which I tried last night and it worked great. Overall good experience, and great at communicating and keeping me in the loop."

"We had work done from them several years ago and we noticed water damage in our fireplace. They came out and honored the warranty with no issues or gotchas.
