"If you’re looking for effiiciency and professionalism, this is the Chimney company for you. Tiffany, Jimmy, and Randy were great! They scheduled an appointment within the week I called for a consultation. Jimmy came out and assessed the problem (he is very personable), and Randy returned a few days later with the part needed to fix my gas fireplace. "We had work done from them several years ago and we noticed water damage in our fireplace. They came out and honored the warranty with no issues or gotchas. They made it right and fixed all the issues including repairing the water damaged fireplace insert. Stefan was a pleasure to work with and explained everything.
