"After first advising me to contact BGE to confirm that it was not the outside gas pressure regulator located before the meter (BGE's responsibility), I got an appointment for the next day. Derrick arrived when scheduled, and did a great job replacing the inside gas pressure regulator on the manifold. The cost was very reasonable and I would definitely hire Wallace Plumbing and Derrick again."

"Had a 15 year old gas tankless water heater that wasn't firing up. Other guy was telling me it needed to be replaced and was looking at 4,000 dollar bill.
