"I received phone call minutes after my request for a service . They set up appointment for the next day ! Logan arrived , cleaned my gas fireplace beautifully. He informed me of issues that might arise in the future and how they might be remedied. For now he just needed to clean the parts which is why it wasnâ t working correctly. "Very speedy response. We called in the morning and by the afternoon, the job was done. He arrived within a two hour time frame, which amazes me as most companies have clients waiting 4 or 6 hour periods for someone. The project was installing our natural gas line to the new stove. Originally we were not happy with the result. However, when we expressed that it was not done to our liking, he returned the SAME DAY to fix it. Very friendly, great customer service and we are very happy with the final outcome."
