Jose came out quickly and widened the opening so we could get our furnace serviced and our heat turned on. Jose returned and within 4 hours had the electrical outlet moved, new framing complete and painted, floor tile replaced, and new doors installed. Mike was nice, but the drywall repair work is substandard. Had to show him where mesh fit repairs was still exposed on “finished” repairs. The workmanship is no better than a novice or apprentice. Do not hire him.

Ronal and his team are excellent in their trade. They were very attentive to our wants/needs and made sure we could do all that we wanted to do for our project. They explained options and I was impressed with their knowledge and that they took the time to inform us about details. Overall very easy to communicate with and fast responses. The tile they installed is perfect, everything is 100%, from the design (layout), spacing, attention to detail, and finishing touches. They also cleaned up everyday so I never felt like I was living in a renovation. I would absolutely give him another call for a project.

It was a small job replacing about 40 vinyl tiles that were defective. He didn't have a heat gun which was necessary to loosen the glue so he made a quick trip to Home Depot and was back in less than a half hour. He broke for lunch and took a longer than a usual hour break which turned into 3 hours due to car problems. When he came back he worked quickly and efficiently cleaned up and left. Overall good job.

The GEA Construction team hit all our requirements and we most definitely would hire them again. They are professional craftsmen of many trades. They came to our home did a thorough walk through, assessed the work to be done and provided a cost. They were knowledgeable about not taking cheap short cuts so that it would take to give us a finished product that we would be happy with. They cared that it was done right and that we would be pleased with the result. ~*~Timeliness & Preparedness - Once we selected them for the job and scheduled a start time, they showed up at the agreed time with the proper tools. I appreciate that they had an adequate crew to keep the project moving along and completed the job within the time frame they stated. ~*~Professionalism - The crew left at the same time each day which gave our family a little breathing space. The crew communicated well with us and with one another. They worked cohesively as a team and showed respect, courtesy, and professionalism for one another.
