"Pleasant father and son team, with son taking the lead. They quoted a price to come out and assess, but did not charge for doing so, although we had call them the day of the appointment to remind them of the appointment. They made sure to mention in the initial phone call that they buy and sell houses as well. They came out and once we mentioned that we were soon selling our house, they were more concerned with telling us what repairs needed to be done in the entire house, than with focusing on the repair they were requested to assess. The estimate was for $1500-$8000, depending on if we just wanted the repair of the shower leak or the entire bathroom redone. There was an access panel, which they saw and pointed out at the visit, that could have been an option to use for the repair, but instead their estimate was for the route of repairing through the tiling in the bathroom. We went with a different plumber and got the shower repaired done for under $100."

"My sisters and I hired Mike while working to prepare our father's home for sale. Our father had recently moved to an assisted living facility and our goal was to have the house ready to sell as soon as possible. I found Mike on Angie's List and I am SO glad I did! He is trustworthy, kind, and reasonably priced. I hope you can see from this review that we cannot recommend Mike Lipiner highly enough!"

"I had tiles that had come loose due to improper installation (by someone else). William remove that tile and hardy board to clean up the bad installation. He put down a new membrane and tile. He even found a new tile that matched the old ones. Great job!"
