"Mr. Morgan was extremely professional. He responded immediately, came out immediately and walked me through the whole process. Their prices were fair and he was extremely efficient. I would definitely call them again for any of my plumbing needs."

"We were having problems with our septic. 1 st we had the tank pumped. Continued to have problems with backing up. Zack and his helper came out and snaked the clean out pipe. Worked for a couple weeks backed up again. Bryan and his helper came out and snaked the pipe again and ran the camera in the pipe which showed tree roots clogging up the pipe. He then ran a root cutting tool in the pipe. As Bryan was doing all of this he explained everything he was doing and why. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was excellent. He advised we need a crew to dig up the pipe to the tank. Jay and Cody came out and dug up the pipe and inlet access and found clog mixed with tree roots. They cleaned everything up and all is working. Thank all of you guys for your help. I would recommend all them !"

".After all was said and done he offered services to the neighbors who may have had similar issues.  The next day I even called him and he spent over one hour on the phone explaining the system and possible ways to prevent this from happening in the future. Matt Yaney was a class act and I would definitely use his services again.  Anyone living in the Gatehouse Condo's in Lima should use Elite Drain Cleaning and Water  Damage Professionals at 419-890-2902 or www.myelite.biz.  Thank you Matt Yaney

"We needed our water heater replaced. It was somewhat complicated because we wanted to upgrade the tank in size, but we had limited room for it. There was some back and forth in finding the appropriate tank, but the salesperson and technicians were very pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. When the pipes were moved and the tank was installed, it was done efficiently and professionally. We are very happy with our experience and the final product."

It went very well. Jeffrey Morrissey (master plumber & gas fitter) was able to locate the leak point that cause water to seep down from the inside of the back basement wall to the outside in a vertical fashion. We discovered the leak on the outside wall after turning on the water hose for the first time in the Spring. We also got 5 min of help to check our sump pump too (nothing wrong there. Just got a quick lesson on how to check if it's still working even though we have not heard it run for years).

He ended up cutting out the copper portion where there was a hole & clamped the other part for the fix. So far so good - it's holding well. It was found that that area was in need of additional insulation. With the extreme temps this past year, the hose bib line ended up with a hole (we've lived in the home for almost 20 yrs & this is the 1st time we had trouble). He left the drywall opening for us to repair since we needed to add more insulation (used spray foam around the repair site).

Jeffrey Morrissey was on time and the first to respond via Home Advisor search; was friendly/easy to work with, helpful, careful about our home. No complaints. I saw that he was not on Angie's List, so we're hoping our good service experience will add his company on this list. Good service!

Septic Tanks questions, answered by experts

In Frederick, septic tank service can influence well water quality, plumbing performance, and even electrical systems if pumps are involved. Watch for shifts in water pressure, unusual odors, or changes in yard drainage after service. If your property is older or near protected areas, coordinate with your contractor to assess how septic work might interact with existing utilities or landscaping to avoid unexpected disruptions.

Helpful?

In Frederick, keeping your septic system serviced or upgraded can make your home more attractive to buyers, especially in areas where septic is common. Documented maintenance, recent septic inspections, and compliance with environmental guidelines all reassure potential buyers. A newer or well-maintained system often stands out in the local market, helping your property compete with others and potentially speeding up the sale process.

Helpful?

In Frederick, septic tank pumping or inspection typically takes 2–4 hours, while minor repairs may last a day or two. Full septic system replacements can extend to several weeks, especially if soil testing, septic inspection, or permits are required. Weather, property access, and local review processes can also impact timelines, so discuss a realistic schedule with your contractor before starting.

Helpful?

Frederick homeowners are choosing advanced septic systems with enhanced treatment, such as nitrogen reduction units, to meet local environmental standards. Smart monitoring technology, like remote alarms and mobile alerts, is increasingly popular. Many opt for larger tanks, dual-chamber designs, or septic-safe landscaping that conceals lids and access points. These trends help improve system reliability while maintaining curb appeal and supporting outdoor living spaces.

Helpful?

Before starting septic tank service in Frederick, confirm all required permits and check for any environmental or historic property restrictions. Mark out your septic system components and nearby utility lines, and schedule a professional septic inspection if needed. Assess soil conditions, especially if upgrades are planned. Choose a licensed contractor familiar with Frederick’s regulations, and plan for equipment access, weather delays, and possible hidden issues underground.
