"Thank goodness for Mastero Edgar, his family and Crew! It was a dark and stormy night in Feb 2021, icy yard and flooded basement. We had cleared our septic tank 3 months prior and the basement flooded with clean water! We had hired a plumbing company 2 nights in a row...no clear answers despite hours of work!! Then I reached Angie.. Mr. Edgars daughter , Mr. Edgar overheard me, and spoke to me at 8:45 pm... on a Saturday night !!!! He did not have to... but he did. He found the problem....the following day I watched the most synchronized orchestra by the team ! Still mesmerized by the way the work was carried out! I work in health care, I am a business woman and I love classical music! Let me tell you all, their work is innovative! "We were having problems with our septic. 1 st we had the tank pumped. Continued to have problems with backing up. Zack and his helper came out and snaked the clean out pipe. Worked for a couple weeks backed up again. Bryan and his helper came out and snaked the pipe again and ran the camera in the pipe which showed tree roots clogging up the pipe. He then ran a root cutting tool in the pipe. As Bryan was doing all of this he explained everything he was doing and why. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was excellent. He advised we need a crew to dig up the pipe to the tank. Jay and Cody came out and dug up the pipe and inlet access and found clog mixed with tree roots. They cleaned everything up and all is working. Thank all of you guys for your help. I would recommend all them !"

"Since I had no running water, I wasn’t certain if there was a problem with the well pump, well pressure tank or an under ground pipe. Of the 5 or 6 companies i called, only Jiffy committed to sending a rep out the same day. Ultimately, I needed an electrician to replace the electrical box on my well pressure tank due to corrosion. While Jiffy’s plumber {Wes) wasn’t able to do this, he did diagnose the problem and provided clear instructions on what was needed. He was extremely thorough and professional, which certainly contributed to getting my problem solved later the same day. I mostly appreciate the honesty, as I could have been told I needed a pricey new well pump or tank. I would definitely call this company again."

"We needed our water heater replaced. It was somewhat complicated because we wanted to upgrade the tank in size, but we had limited room for it. There was some back and forth in finding the appropriate tank, but the salesperson and technicians were very pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. When the pipes were moved and the tank was installed, it was done efficiently and professionally. We are very happy with our experience and the final product."

It went very well. Jeffrey Morrissey (master plumber & gas fitter) was able to locate the leak point that cause water to seep down from the inside of the back basement wall to the outside in a vertical fashion. We discovered the leak on the outside wall after turning on the water hose for the first time in the Spring. We also got 5 min of help to check our sump pump too (nothing wrong there. Just got a quick lesson on how to check if it's still working even though we have not heard it run for years).

He ended up cutting out the copper portion where there was a hole & clamped the other part for the fix. So far so good - it's holding well. It was found that that area was in need of additional insulation. With the extreme temps this past year, the hose bib line ended up with a hole (we've lived in the home for almost 20 yrs & this is the 1st time we had trouble). He left the drywall opening for us to repair since we needed to add more insulation (used spray foam around the repair site). 

Jeffrey Morrissey was on time and the first to respond via Home Advisor search; was friendly/easy to work with, helpful, careful about our home. No complaints. I saw that he was not on Angie's List, so we're hoping our good service experience will add his company on this list. Good service!
