"Phone contact was very prompt. Service person arrived within 1 1/2 hours as promised. Problem was resolved and a new sump pump was installed. Time will tell if problem was totally solved. (need a rainy down pour to see. )"

"Fantastic service. This is the second time we've hired R & G Water Systems. Both times we had an issue in the middle of the night and they were able to send someone out first thing in the morning.
