"replaced long run of duct with rigid type, replaced internal ductwork to dryer plus outside vent cap. Very pleased with service. But pricing was based on a catalog of fixed prices for various parts of the project, with overlapping scope - had to negotiate the total price so as not to pay twice for same components. Seemed expensive but high quality."

"Very professional service. Techs arrived at the time expected. Service was explained before they started to work with the price agreed. All my returns were deep cleaned, vents, bathroom fans were cleaned along with a deep cleaning of the dryer vent. Highly recommend and very pleased."

"Damien did an outstanding job cleaning the air ducts, furnace, and dryer vent in our home. He was prompt, professional, and fairly priced. I appreciated him explaining the process as well. We will definitely use Macks Home Services again!"

"Al l's vent clean I ng experience helped to resolve my vent airflow issue quickly. He did a great job."

"Our electric clothes dryer blew a thermal fuse because it got too hot. Fixed that but suspected a dryer duct blockage caused the high temperature. Found Chimney Masters through Angi. Requested quote. Good communication and scheduling process. Not cheap but reasonable price for the work done clearing out a 28 ft dryer vent that exists above the second story. Reasonable enough to do on their recommended every other year schedule. The cleaning made a mess outside but they cleaned everything up. They even reattached the dryer with a new flex duct. Would hire again."

"Extremely happy with the dryer vent cleaning service! The technician was on time, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what he would do and quoted me correctly. Highly recommend!"

"I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."

"Went well! Within minutes after my submission to Angi, I received a phone call, and query, and a team was dispatched to my location. They (Jimmy, Justin, and Jaime) arrived within the hour, and even though the vent was roughly 30 feet up (I had called other vent cleaners and they don't provide services over 20 feet) they assessed my dryer vent issue(s) and determined I needed a nest removal. We looked at preventative measures I had, and they provided to keep the birds out. I eventually went with their solution and purchased it at a separate cost. The experience was roughly an hour. Great work!"

"Marvin and his team did an excellent job! He arrived within the timeframe I was given and quickly cleaned my dryer vent. He also took the time to go over recommendations that I can use in the future. Once the service was completed, he showed me what had been done and explained how everything was working. I truly appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, and great customer service. I definitely plan to be a repeat customer and will have this service done every two years. I highly recommend Marvin and his team from KCR Indoor Air Quality."
