These guys are very good at their job. He came and gave me an estimate the same day, and did the work the next day. I enjoyed talking with him and his team. He explained what he was doing step-by-step making it easy to understand what needed to be done and why. I was impressed and definitely recommend them for future work.

We loved working with Jamie and his crew. They are all very personable and kind. They help you the very best they can and got the job done as quick as they could with the nasty weather and rocks and mud. Our yard is completely mud but they managed and I'm extremely happy with this company.

Single Axel truck which I needed to come down my driveway. Major company's don't have. Truck painted like a school bus. Put a smile on my daughters face. They came out on a Saturday and did a great job pumping out the septic tank. Highly recommend and they complete the job with zero issues.

They were on time and very professional; very engaging and customer friendly. They had to re-schedule due to an emergency and called to let us know and to reschedule a time. We cannot tell you how often contractors just don't show up. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely will use them again when the need arises.

The previous owner of my home planted a tree almost on top of the septic tank. The 25 year old tree is now 25 feet tall and the septic tank which is buried 6 feet underground and had never been serviced properly was backing up. I called J.V. Harrison at 9:00pm on a Saturday and they showed up bright and early on Sunday morning. They were a pleasure to work with and were very careful to do minimal damage to the yard and the tree. After excavating the area, they cleared the obstruction in the pipe (25 years of grease ... yuk) and pumped the tank. Then they installed a riser and refilled the excavated area so the tank can be serviced easily and properly in the future. They were finished before noon and I was able to enjoy the rest of my Sunday knowing that an issue that had concerned me for years was finally taken care of. I would absolutely recommend them if you are in need of septic tank services.

I do not know if it was because I wanted an inspection instead of repairs... but these reviews I am reading are laughable. James came to our property with a toothpick in his mouth, looking a mess, and was so unprofessional. I have never in my life dealt with a septic tank and I was able to read the drawings clearly when he claimed he could not figure out where our tank was. Took $400 cash from my husband and proceeded to tell us that we had to figure out where the access was and that he would have to come back and dig the ground for another $1000. He then disappeared. Did not respond to my txt later that evening or send me a report as promised. Although he did not do much anyway so I do not know what he could report. Extremely disappointing and it was a waste of money.

Very Professional and the follow-up after the job was done was great.

First, and for most, the poop truck; how cute!! The music... too cute. The cute little puppy, super cute. Once that music caught your attention, you immediately look out the window to see what’s coming down the road, ... puts an immediate smile on your face to an unusually stinky situation. Both the owner and assistant were very professional and courteous, ... two great personalities. Getting down to business, we were very impressed with their knowledge, and attention to detail. Swift service. Honest and earnest. This company is not trying to sell you something, This company gave me the impression that they value each and every customer, and their specific situation. We even got a great education on overall septic and maintenance.

JV responded immediately and made an access port to my septic tank and pumped it out the next day. Knowledgeable and efficient.

When the Stoolbus pulled up with the music playing, it broke the stress off? Why is there raw sewage coming out of my shower drain.? James jumped out of the pump truck with his sidekick puppy, a miniature pincher named? Boner.? James and Crew pumped out the tank, snaked, then dug up and replaced 11 ft drain pipe to the septic tank. Tree roots from a nearby Sycamore tree were the cause. Outstanding From Start to Finish! J.V. I called him Friday 3 PM to pump septic tank. He was able to come very next morning, Saturday to do the job. He found some problems with the septic tank and offered fair option to look at. No pushing, just very professional opinion, possible scenarios and estimates. Scheduled repair service next Monday. He came in the morning as promised, despite the rainy weather, managed to figure out the problem, do the repair and also suggested some additional piping which should help in a future. Done in several hours, priced as estimated. The guy is very professional, he definitely knows what he is doing. Very fair in suggesting services and estimating. Very polite and friendly. Responsible to call in advance and be in time. Will use his service again. Highly recommend!
