When my shower wall turned out to be deeper than expected after taking out the tile, I had to get a new shower base. They covered return shipping of the current base for me, since they approved it. They found a new shower base and even picked it up from Home Depot. Then Alexis discovered that our plumbing was misaligned for the new shower base.
