"Jay was amazing ..he had to return to finish the job. My building had someone moving out and would not let us use the freight elevator . Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list. Jay did an amazing job on the doors even with constraints that were out of his control .The job was much better than I expected,very pleased .I will be requesting Jay for the installation of a tub & shower door.I have been using numerous contractors for renovation of our badly outdated Condo .it has been one nightmare after another ..Mr Handyman is so easy to work with .Scheduling is so easy . She is really positive & professional ( I should know her name but it escapes me) I If I had only known what an amazing job they do . "When I contacted JPZ Contracting about my shower stall project, Joe Zajaczkowski immediately responded and came to the house immediately to assess my problem and furnish me with an estimate to do the project. He understood my concerns and came up with a plan to solve my problems. He placed my project as his first priority when he knew I had a slow drip from the water pipes which was causing me some minor flooding. He found the leaking pipe very quickly and reworked the plumbing. He then rebuilt my shower stall by replacing a vinyl shower base with a ceramic tile base. He reworked the existing shower faucets. He bought new tile which matched the existing tile and he used it to artistically rebuild my shower stall, the shower seat and the new ceramic tiled shower floor. His workmanship was outstanding on every leg of the project. He left the work area clean each day by outstanding daily clean-ups. I was very satisfied and pleased with his high quality work and I gained faith in Joe Zataczkowski that he would finish the project to my complete satisfaction."

"Contract Gary with Perry Hall Remodeling after reading reviews on this site.  After initial consultation we decided to have the shower expanded by 12' with new shower door and recessed alcove (shelf).  All bathroom wall and floor tiles replaced.  All non tile walls and ceiling repainted.  New lighting fixtures and new towel bar installed.  We ordered all requested materials and work started on 9/9/2014.  The workers arrived on time and were knowledgeable and professional.  This work required new walls to be installed so there was quite a bit of demolition on the first day.  As with many projects several unexpected issues cam up, but Gary and his crew dealt with them professionally and efficiently.  The recessed alcove was a suggestion by on of the crew.  It turned out great.  This remodel took a total of eight days.  The new bathroom looks outstanding!  I highly recommend Perry Hall Remodeling to anyone looking to change and/or upgrade their residence.

"Ronal works with his little brother, wife, and another bud. All are very nice and respectful of your home. We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"
