Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list. Jay did an amazing job on the doors even with constraints that were out of his control .The job was much better than I expected,very pleased .I will be requesting Jay for the installation of a tub & shower door.I have been using numerous contractors for renovation of our badly outdated Condo .it has been one nightmare after another ..Mr Handyman is so easy to work with .Scheduling is so easy . She is really positive & professional ( I should know her name but it escapes me) I If I had only known what an amazing job they do . We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"
