When my shower wall turned out to be deeper than expected after taking out the tile, I had to get a new shower base. They covered return shipping of the current base for me, since they approved it. They found a new shower base and even picked it up from Home Depot. Then Alexis discovered that our plumbing was misaligned for the new shower base. They said it would take 3 days plus an extra day for the grout to harden and they finished. right on time. The bathroom looks wonderful. And I have to mention that they did a great job cleaning up afterward. Additionally, they came back a week later to install a new sink faucet, at which time they also installed grab bars in the shower and the new blinds in the bathroom window, all at no additional labor cost.
