While you should always budget for surprises during construction, our estimate was itemized in detail, and showed what upgrades were available and their pricing. The total price was the best of all of our estimates. They worked efficiently, were always friendly, and cleaned up each night before they left. Eugene stopped by frequently to ensure everything was on track and accommodated my suggestions for minor tweaks throughout the process. "Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."

One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened. They took care of the plumbing, tile, and framing. The completed area features a freestanding tub, a walk-in shower, and a handmade vanity built from reclaimed wood. Additionally, they installed heated flooring, which were well worth the investment. Their attention to detail, such as neat tile lines and expertly executed installations, was what we found most admirable. They made the procedure easy for us, even though it was a major job.
