There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. "Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. "We would Highly Recommend A & C Plumbing.They did an extraordinary job and really went the extra mile for us. We had to replace our main service line. And they were able to come the day after the estimate to do the work, and get the proper permits, which was great since we didn't have any water. They spent the entire day getting a monster of a job done, in the scorching heat. There was a hand dug trench 3ft deep 6 ft across for the main service line, replaced the ancient galvanized main service line, and a whole new up to code system installed inside. So, they go to tie the house into the city line and there's a leak on the city side too. They called it in to DPW and finish their part, and we had water (we hadn't for over 2 days at that point). A & C gave us the DPW work order number and we all think it's going to get taken care of, right.....ð ¤ For the next 2 weeks DPW says they are investigating and to be patient. Then they tell us it's our fault and the leak is on our side, which we knew wasn't correct, and  contacted A & C. We called DPW, A& C called DPW, we emailed, and A &C emailed. We finally got an inspector to really investigate, then DPW came to fix it, twice, after first visit we had no water. Anthony came to the second DPW service call to talk to the crew, supervisor and inspector, to make sure everything was ok and to see if they had any questions for him, then he went to his other job site. When DPW tied the house back to the water main they had clogged the line (working in an open muddy pit) and told me to call the plumber. I called Anthony (A &C), informed him of everything going on. When he finished the job he was working he came back to the house, he cleared out the traps he just installed we Finally had Water! A & C Plumbing are a small local business that really stuck with us and helped us with a difficult time with the water company. Anthony came back when we really needed him to Personally talk with the DPW work crew, supervisors, and inspectors. Competitive rates, Quality work and a Warranty!"

"$9,500 I was quoted for my concrete driveway and porch to be removed and a new concrete driveway and pad poured. I needed a culvert installed under the foot of my driveway for rain water drainage, it was agreed that a 4" pipe would work. When the crew came out to do the work, the demolition part went very smoothly but when it came to the drain I was told I needed an 8" pipe. The trench was dug for it including digging an 8" deep by 1 foot around hole in my nabors parking pad. Than I was told the grading was wrong. I told him water wasn't draining because the trench he dug for the 8" pipe he suggested was below the rest of the drain lines and the water will not flow untill it was leveled back out. He argued with me about it for about 3 hours wile the concrete was starting to be poured. After his own workers and I told him the 8" pipe would not work, we went back to the originally quoted 4" pipe and everything drained fine. After the concrete was completed the work looked great."

"The work was excellent, however what was described and what was done differed. The maximum was described as the most extensive repairs. The repair entailed minimal digging and just the sealing of the main drain. It just 3.5 feet below the ground. One shrub was removed. They did not dig to the foyndation since they felt they found the issue. They did not reduce the price and that disturbed me since it was discussed."
