"Once in a blue moon a person may find a contractor with whom they truly want to work--a person who values honesty, has expert knowledge, takes pride in his work, is conscientious, fair and punctual. In addition to these fine qualities, John was gracious, considerate and willing to go the extra mile. He installed a top-of-the-line French drain in my basement, which included features not offered by many of his competitors. It was done in 3 days, to the exact specs he kindly sketched out in response to my questions. When a glitch arose with the backup pump, his employee returned to do a quick fix the same day. After many years and much higher estimates, I finally have a basement that I feel will stay dry even in the worst of weather. I am very grateful."

"A superior company. They follow through on their commitments. They have long time employees with great experience. BWN waterproofed our leaky basement about 10 years ago. No problems for almost a decade. After a recent weekend downpour we had water along one of the basement western storm-facing walls. We called and opened a service ticket with Gary. They called back in a little over a day and scheduled a repair at our convenience. Joe, a long time employee, very courteous, professional, and respectful, arrived on the job. He had reviewed our prior project and knew the property well. And it was a window well drain that had clogged. Luckily, it was easily unclogged and the problem was completely solved. We have always been pleased with the work and response of this locally owned business."

"Everything went perfectly and was done in a timely manner. I have no water in my basement and the drain is working well. I greatly appreciated that there was mess left to clean up when they were done."

"I hired a civil engineer, who concurred with the sump pump and drain plan and said the price was absolutely unbeatable. After the project, the customer service for follow-up was immediate and effective. This company is solid, from the team on the ground to the sales representative to uppoer management!"

"The work was excellent, however what was described and what was done differed. The maximum was described as the most extensive repairs. The repair entailed minimal digging and just the sealing of the main drain. It just 3.5 feet below the ground. One shrub was removed. They did not dig to the foyndation since they felt they found the issue. They did not reduce the price and that disturbed me since it was discussed."

"Crew re-graded part of the yard that was torn up. They also installed sod, new concrete steps, and pressure treated lumber for the flower bed. We communicated via phone and emails. Somehow, we were unable to secure an in-person meeting or consultation with Dave. However, he still sent crew back to re-work some parts that were missed the first time. The crew also cleaned up pretty well. Basically, we just came home one day and yard was back to normal!"
