Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list. Jay did an amazing job on the doors even with constraints that were out of his control .The job was much better than I expected,very pleased .I will be requesting Jay for the installation of a tub & shower door.I have been using numerous contractors for renovation of our badly outdated Condo .it has been one nightmare after another ..Mr Handyman is so easy to work with .Scheduling is so easy . "Chip Kroener and his employee performed a variety of tasks including the application of a 2 part spray foam against the existing wall bays between the top of the concrete block basement wall and the first floor. The original home builder had used a simple insulation board in these areas which had eventually deteriorated allowing infiltration of mice along with providing less then adequate insulating value. The existing insulation foil along the concrete block wall had also deteriorated and was replaced. Chip also fixed a basement powder room toilet, and with his employee also cleaned up a small space on the concrete basement floor where mouse traps had left soiled conditions on the floor. All of the basement contents were protected during the operations. All discarded insulation was removed from the premises. Everything was accomplished with courtesy and concern for the homeowner."
