Patrick phoned in answer to my search for someone to repair my pellet stove. Our initial phone call was great! Patrick has a level of professionalism mixed with honest empathy. He was knowledgeable on the subject of pellet stoves and patient with the ramblings of a newly widowed person whom had been let down by many repair people recently. When he arrived-he went over my stove with a fine tooth comb and found the problem. He showed me what he had done to find the issue and explained how he was going to repair it. He made sure I understood. He has to order parts but will return to finish repairs. Patrick and I will have an ongoing working relationship over this stove. I would recommend Patrick to anyone needing competent and caring service. He knows his stoves!
