When the saw I was missing some components for the microwave installation, they took it upon themselves to go out and find the right components for me so I didn't need to worry about it. They came back promptly the next morning, and were able to install my microwave. and it looks GREAT!! They then helped me install a new light fixture while also repairing several other lights around the house. Many contractors can do this stuff. But what set Brian and B.C.G. Building Solutions apart was his wilingness to explain all the tools and techniques to me in ways I could understand. He was patient and peristent when faced with some wiring issues in my old house, and best of all, he and his team have a great sense of humor! I'd definitely recommend B.C.G. He did all this knowing that fixing the waterproofing issues would delay his work, but he did it because he has the utmost integrity. Ultimately, with Willie’s help, we got the waterproofing company to tear out the entire system and redo it from scratch. I can’t thank ATN enough for this. Communication: So important on a big project! Willie communicated promptly on any issue that arose through text, email and face to face. As many hiccups arose (termites, unforeseen electrical and plumbing problems), Willie was excellent at explaining each issue in an understandable way, proposing various solutions, and being transparent about any revisions to the price and timeline. Not only is Willie a great communicator, but he’s also just a super friendly guy, former military and proud dad and granddad.
