"Called for an estimate and the company came out and provided a free estimate for the spot I was looking to install a patio. Kyle provided a few options as I didn't know exactly what type of stone to go with. The estimate ended up coming in over $1k cheaper than the other companies. The job took a day to do and it was all coordinated over email because of my schedule. I just left the gate unlock. It looks great and is everything I imagined. "Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. "Mr. Bob was a delight to work with. He met me at my house same day and gave me competitive pricing. I had a new 14 x 14 concrete patio put in and my porch stairs repaired. It was originally supposed to be 12x12 with plans to have a sunroom mounted on the patio in the future. Mr. Bob saved me a lot of grief by recommending the proper size and type of concrete needed for the job. The crew was courteous and patient. I had to make arrangements for a fence to come down and they were flexible and worked with me and the neighboring property owner. The patio and stairs were completed 4 days early and look amazing! I would hire them again and highly recommend!"
