Taylor Made was recommended by my good friend and neighbor, Mary, who had hired them to remodel her bathroom years ago. When I called Kevin, I knew I was in good hands. His design ideas were more creative and detailed than those of other remodelers, so I chose them to renovate my primary bathroom as well. Among other things, he suggested a better spot for the handheld shower, a shelving area for leg shaving, and a pull-down shelf in the vanity cabinet. I was able to select all my bathroom items at the Ferguson showroom in Timonium, which made the process convenient and efficient. The crew was always pleasant and cheerful, and one of my neighbors even commented on how respectful they were—something that means a lot to a condominium owner. Unfortunately, the plastic laid down to protect my bedroom carpet left a sticky film that couldn’t be professionally cleaned. When I informed Kevin, he immediately offered to replace the entire rug- which they did. I’m grateful to have chosen a company that not only did outstanding work but also stood by its workmanship. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a reputable company.

I've written a fair amount of reviews on Angi about Taylor Made so when I was asked to write another one, I happily agreed. We've been using them for home projects for years. This time we only needed a new vanity, mirror, and light in our bathroom. Even though it was a smaller project, they were happy to see an old customer again. I had already chosen the items so I just needed them to install the new items and take away the old items. Ron was friendly and polite as were all the men they have sent to me through the years. I will certainly call them again when it's time to do my next project.

They did an exceptional job on our project. They were extremely helpful in the planning of our project, which was challenging because of the historical nature of our building. They gave us daily updates, and consulted with us frequently to make sure they were doing everything that we needed. The finished product was everything that we had hoped for.

Our bathroom remodeling with Taylor Made Custom Contracting went very smoothly. They were very organized, professional and respectful of the space they were working in. One of the reasons I selected Taylor Made Custom Contracting was because of their warranty on their work. Two years after the completion of my bathroom, a drawer was not opening properly. Within 2 days, Doug was at my house to fix the drawer. Not only did he fix the drawer, but he spent a full day fixing nail pops from the settling of the initial job, and painting it to make the bathroom great again!

I contacted Taylor Made Custom Contracting Inc after an extremely bad storm which damaged the siding on my house. Kevin and Suzanne responded immediately to my request to have someone inspect my house and perform the repairs as soon as possible. At first I was very stressed out since my family and I were away on vacation and did not know the extent of the repairs required. The next day the repairs were completed (less than 24 hours) and I came home to find everything in tact ! I have used Taylor Made Custom Contracting Inc in the past for a kitchen remodeling and would highly recommend them for any home improvements, repairs or upgrades! I would give them a 10 if the rating would go that high.

GREAT! We had major redesign and renovation work done by TMCC in early 2015, including two complete bathrooms. We love everything they did and have been enjoying the results ever since. Recently we had two minor problems, one of which I caused myself when trying to change a burned out recessed light bulb in the shower ceiling. I emailed Kevin for a recommendation on who to call for help, and got a very prompt response that he would send someone out to take care of it. That man came in less than two days and resolved both problems very effectively and to our great satisfaction. Furthermore, we weren’t even charged; bothKevin and his colleague said “we stand behind our work.” Considering the original work was done nearly 8 years ago and I caused one of the problems myself, this was great service and way beyond expectations. It just further confirmed that our original decision to hire TMCC was the right choice. We highly recommend them.

I am delighted with the outcome. TM removed the wall between my kitchen and dining room to allow for more light. New white cabinets and gray granite countertops were installed. They put white subway tile for the backsplash, a new fan, and LVP flooring. I would highly recommend them.

Service was excellent, detailed, and professional. While we were out of town, they sent us videos of the progress, and the overall communication was great, very responsive. They even watered our plants and moved some furniture back without us asking. They asked for our feedback before making a decision on the trim, and the carpenters were always pleasant, friendly, and honest. The final bill was exactly as quoted plus an approved increase to handle some unexpected rot they showed us. Work included Andersen windows, slider, exterior water proofing, some carpentry, drywall and interior/exterior trim. Highly recommend for any remodeling or other custom work!

It was time for new windows since the ones we had were original to the house. I called Kevin from Taylor Made because we've used them in the past. The project went very smoothly. The crew came on time, cleaned up every day, and worked efficiently. They were pleasant and caring toward the house and my puppy. If you need new windows, I would recommend Taylor Made.

Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product. In the end, the finished remodel far exceeded my original vision and three years later I am still in love with my new home. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without. Very honest and professional discussion of the scope of work. They came to the house, walked the job site and provided some alternative approaches. We agreed that what the cost of time and materials to complete the railings with current pressure treated lumber would double our budget expectations. Mark Taylor provided some excellent alternative approaches and provided a vendor that could possibly have a solution within our budget. That was very professional to me.

This is a fantastic company. The are professional and friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner (they finished ahead of schedule) and appears to be a very high quality job. I would (and will) hire them again!

Taylor Made repaired my fire place without the need to install an insert. The solution Mr. Taylor came up with was not only Brilliant but saved me a lot of money. Great job and great solution to a potentially dangerous problem. The fire place is now better than new .

I had years worth of windows leaking into the walls that needed to be repaired. They did a very thorough job, not only fixing the damage but making sure that the new windows were installed correctly to keep it from happening again. My request to them was that the job be done right and they delivered 100%. The finish work inside looks great and the care they took outside was top notch as well. The workers were friendly and polite and made a really good effort to make sure they cleaned up every day before leaving. On a logistics note, they were great at responding to communication and letting me know what to expect and when.

I've known Kevin for years since he has helped me renovate rooms in both my homes. When we needed to replace the flooring in my basement, I knew who to call. Taylor Made installed a new waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring so that I don't have to worry about the durability of my floor if we have family over to visit. The whole process went smoothly since I was provided samples and a detailed explanation of the product. The installers were polite, as always, and everything was completed within a few hours. I plan to work with Taylor Made again when I ready for my next project.

It was great. They went out of their way to make us happy and we indeed were. There was major excavating needed due to the grade of our yard and Craig did a masterful job of making the slope perfect. Working with Taylor Made Custom Contracting was a very smooth process with an excellent finished product! We had a very large space to work with and we were able to create a beautiful master bathroom accomplishing our goals of creating a larger shower, updating the entire room, and staying within a specified budget.
