"Jay was amazing ..he had to return to finish the job. My building had someone moving out and would not let us use the freight elevator . Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list. Jay did an amazing job on the doors even with constraints that were out of his control .The job was much better than I expected,very pleased .I will be requesting Jay for the installation of a tub & shower door.I have been using numerous contractors for renovation of our badly outdated Condo .it has been one nightmare after another ..Mr Handyman is so easy to work with .Scheduling is so easy . She is really positive & professional ( I should know her name but it escapes me) I If I had only known what an amazing job they do . "Romero gave us a fair estimate on renovating our powder room. So we hired the Romero company for painting our powder room and installation of our new vanity. Remero and his helper repair the drywall for painting. They installed our new vanity marble top and all of the new fixtures. Also, all of the plumbing and electrical work was done by them. We are very pleased with the renovations and the cleanup. a pestal sink and installed a new vaniaty and marbel top. They did all of the plumbing,and installed the new fixtures. He patched all of the drywall and painted the podwer room."

"I hired ATN to do extensive work in my basement: remediating water damage, building bookshelves, reconfiguring a laundry area, and gutting and rebuilding a full bath. First of all, the quality of their work was excellent. Willie and his team do not cut corners, do not take short cuts, and approach every task from drywall to tiling to fixture installation with attention to detail. The finished product was breathtaking and everything I had dreamed up. I think other contractors would have looked the other way and continued their work, but Willie brought the issue to my attention, explained why he thought the work was not done properly and even advocated for us when an employee from that company came over to check it out. He did all this knowing that fixing the waterproofing issues would delay his work, but he did it because he has the utmost integrity. Ultimately, with Willie’s help, we got the waterproofing company to tear out the entire system and redo it from scratch. I can’t thank ATN enough for this. Communication: So important on a big project! Willie communicated promptly on any issue that arose through text, email and face to face. As many hiccups arose (termites, unforeseen electrical and plumbing problems), Willie was excellent at explaining each issue in an understandable way, proposing various solutions, and being transparent about any revisions to the price and timeline. Not only is Willie a great communicator, but he’s also just a super friendly guy, former military and proud dad and granddad. "I needed a ceiling patch. Install 2 new air vents and replace ballast, replace bubs in ceiling kitchen light (large ceiling light), replace bulb in ceiling fan and replace bulb in laundry light.
