I am sure Mr Hoffman does excellent work, given the time constraints of the offer and the other projects I wanted to have planned I asked for a refund My main concern is with Angies List business model now 1. Why did the chat function mysteriously disappear after I requested a refund? 2. Why was the purchase removed from my history with no refund issued? 3. When will I get confirmation of my refund ?"
