"Jay was amazing ..he had to return to finish the job. My building had someone moving out and would not let us use the freight elevator . Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list. "Bobby has done a number of projects over the years, including installing new faucets and recessed lighting, replacing a new backsplash (tile), light fixtures (indoor and out), painting, replacing door knobs, and the like. "The gentleman showed up on time, and admitted that he had never worked with the dog door kit I had, to be installed in a sliding glass door. I admit that I was told, up front of their service charge for coming out. However, they were the only professionals that were willing to come out. As for the door the service man, he was the one that discovered the door was damaged, it has been returned. As for the dog door being installed, that has been ‘tabled’ now. Now, granted, I was informed ahead of time of all the expenses from the company, and I agreed to it. As to their work, I can not comment because they did not do any, their work may be excellent. I gave the contractor a key to my home to let himself in as the work was being done while I was at work. The contractor took very good care of my home and he cleaned up every day before he and his crew left.
