"What I like about working with James was he stayed in constant contact with me through the whole project. He repaired a hole left in my bathroom ceiling by the AC installer. Fixed a leaky pipe pipe under the upstairs toilet via the downstairs ceiling. Redid my Powder Room ceiling by installing a new ceiling. I like this guy he was very responsible cleaned up after himself and was very effective cost wise. I'll use him again. Thanks James."

"All three projects were expertly accomplished. I called Brian Golt of B.C.G Building Solutions because my gutters were leaking and flooding my basement, especially during heavy downpours. He came out the next day and discovered a major clog and the gutter and that the downspout was not positioned to correctly. He rectified both problems quickly and professionally. I was very pleased. He also followed up during the next downpour to assure that I had no other problems. I really appreciated that. The chimney Cap also had to be installed so that was another project. Brian also installed and customized a basement entry door and basement storm door, transforming it from shabby to spectacular! He is an outstanding craftsman. He is the best in his field. I have several projects scheduled with him that include kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I would recommend him to anyone, for any project!"

"Chip Kroener and his employee performed a variety of tasks including the application of a 2 part spray foam against the existing wall bays between the top of the concrete block basement wall and the first floor. The original home builder had used a simple insulation board in these areas which had eventually deteriorated allowing infiltration of mice along with providing less then adequate insulating value. The existing insulation foil along the concrete block wall had also deteriorated and was replaced. Chip also fixed a basement powder room toilet, and with his employee also cleaned up a small space on the concrete basement floor where mouse traps had left soiled conditions on the floor. All of the basement contents were protected during the operations. All discarded insulation was removed from the premises. Everything was accomplished with courtesy and concern for the homeowner."

"I needed a ceiling patch. Install 2 new air vents and replace ballast, replace bubs in ceiling kitchen light (large ceiling light), replace bulb in ceiling fan and replace bulb in laundry light. Olvin Ramirez did it all and beautifully. He is kind, respectful, knowledgeable and very hardworking! I’ve never seen anyone who works as quickly and accurately as Olvin does. "All I needed was pellets for my pellet stove. Simple request you would think. But here is why I will write this review for perspective that we all typically over look. I am somewhat off the beaten path and a box store wanted to charge me more to deliver a pallet of pellets than what the pellets themselves cost. I sent J4 a message just to see what my options were. All I asked was to have delivered to my driveway. Jeremy said not a problem and could have them to me on the day I asked. Here is the perspective. Weather was coming before that, I reached out and mentioned if Jeremy wanted to beat the weather he can deliver sooner if he could. Within an hour and half he is was on his way. He asked if I still wanted them in driveway and said yes. I said yes as I needed to take down around the back of my house which is a tough task on my access road. Well he surprised the heck out of me and got to the back. When I met him out back I told him he can slide the pallet anywhere in the yard as I was going to carry them in the basement later on. He took out a knife, cut the wrapping off and asked where he wanted me to put them. Jeremy without question, without asking anything more than what was discussed went way above and beyond. This speaks volumes about a person's caliber and ethics that we typically overlook. A helping hand is hard to find, but everytime I have went to Jeremy for anything there is nothing less of the what is stated above. Truly a great professional at everything he does and why he has been my first and only call. My perspective and what I have taken away to you is when using J4, please keep in mind, Jeremy does not do what he does for himself, he removes a burden and does it for us. What I thought was going to be a simple drop and go, turned out to be so much more. Thank you again to Jeremy!!!"
