"Innovative Home Improvement is hands down the best contractor I've hired. They are professional, courteous, and hard working. I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! "I hired Innovative Home Improvements to replace the cedar siding on my home with vinyl siding. They removed all existing siding, replaced rotted wood, installed Alside Prodigy siding, removed and replaced soffits and gutters, and capped the entire house. They also did some custom work for me in places that required special attention to ensure there was no stone unturned before leaving. My experience working with Paul, Mr. Jung, and Alex was awesome. Regardless of the challenge, they were always transparent, attentive, pleasant and patient with explaining the issue and recommending solutions. Their workmanship is exceptional and I always felt they were treating my home as it if it were their own during the process. "We ended up seeking 4 quotes for a small job, Had lost a few shingle due to recent high winds on a 16 yr old roof. One contractor from Berlin, refused to travel 30 mi to quote unless we guaranteed we were going to contract. Two others looked at the roof, took measurements, but one never gave us a quote, and the other was $8000. .One week later, Spicer Bros installed the roof. Brian Spicer, Kevin (field supervisor) and all the crew were extremely professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! "
"Fantastic roof job. Very careful- we have not found a single nail in our yard, flowerbeds were covered and they were careful not to damage them.. Fast- Erick showed up the day I called for a quote, and then the day of service they were in by 7:30 and out by about 3:30. Very fair price- 3 got three quotes and Erick's was the lowest but offered exact same service. Good- the roof looks great, flashing well done, everything even and smooth. Would definitely recommend them. The only lesson I learned? And this is just an FYI, nothing to do with Canales- If you have stuff in your attic, I recommend covering it with a tarp. The old asphalt roof grit falls in the old nail holes and makes a mess."
