I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! "I hired Innovative Home Improvements to replace the cedar siding on my home with vinyl siding. They removed all existing siding, replaced rotted wood, installed Alside Prodigy siding, removed and replaced soffits and gutters, and capped the entire house. They also did some custom work for me in places that required special attention to ensure there was no stone unturned before leaving. My experience working with Paul, Mr. Jung, and Alex was awesome. Regardless of the challenge, they were always transparent, attentive, pleasant and patient with explaining the issue and recommending solutions. Their workmanship is exceptional and I always felt they were treating my home as it if it were their own during the process. "There's nothing worse that dealing with pooring rain and strong winds and then hearing the drip, drip sound of water coming into your home due to a damaged roof. I reached out to roofing repair companies through Angie's list and Roofing Pups responded. Marcus came out the next day and put my fears at ease. The bad news was that I needed a new roof. He showed me my options available, categorized as "good", "better" and "best". Despite my choosing the lowest option, he still threw in some discounts and upgrades at no additional cost. I signed the contract and he arranged for someone to come out at tarp my roof. He even went the extra mile of going to Home Depot and setting up buckets in my attic to catch the water still coming in. The roofing crew came out two days later and gave me a beautiful new roof. They then meticulously cleaned the area. It was great working with Roofing Pups. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!"
