THE ROOF WAS REPLACED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY WITH NO WASTE OF MATERIAL OR TIME. THE CLEAN-UP WAS TOTAL AND THEY LEFT ME NOTHING TO DO BUT ENJOY MY HARBOR BLUE ROOF. I HAVE RECEIVED MANY COMPLIMENTS. ONE SUGGESTION IS: SIGNAGE FOR AML WAS NOT PUT ON THE LAWN. THANK YOU CASEY AND YOUR PLEASANT WORKMEN.

Casey and his crew have been my go-to team over the last 10years and on several projects, from complete rehabs from roofing. soffits and fascia, outside, to the new kitchen and baths inside! My wife especially LOVES the screened -in porch they added on to our family home, and she's fussy about the quality of work to say the least. They have traveled far and wide across the Eastern Shore and even rehabbed a rental for me in Dover! Good work is hard to find nowadays, but Casey and crew clean up after themselves daily, and most importantly are REASONABLE in their rates !

Casey tackled the construction/replacement of a wide wooden gate on an old fence line. He reinforced it well and use suitable hardware. It was not a typical or easy job and he did really well. He was also very pleasant to deal with and responded promptly.

The painting subcontractor himself did excellent work. Some of the workers were novices and had to be monitored closely. Half my shutters were mounted upside down and had to be redone and one was broken and the piece tossed in the grass hoping I wouldn't notice. The trim work was horrible and had to be redone. I was stunned that professionals would try to pass that off as finished. My only thought is that they are massively overbooked and rushed the job. That's the way of the world I guess. I am just relieved the experience is over.
