"I called the plumber because I had a leak in my house I thought was attributable to a leaky dishwasher.  When that turned out not to be the case, I called the plumbing company for an emergency appointment, as water was pooling in my basement.  The company had a plumber call me promptly to arrange an appointment, and conveniently the plumber finished the job and arrived at my location within 45 minutes. 
The plumber promptly identified the problem and explained why he believed that was the problem.  The plumber then just checked potential alternative causes nonetheless.  This turned up the improper toilet installation.  
From here the plumber discussed the fixes and costs related to the various options with explanations.  I then explain the options I would like to pursue, and the plumber began working offering to show me the issues as they could be readily observed as he was completing the repairs.

"JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional.
