"I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision. Look forward to having them back for my next project!"

"This our second time hiring Allen for a remodel project. He did our kitchen in 2024 and it turned out great. This time it was two bathrooms which were completely remodeled. Allen is great to work with. I am always impressed with Allen's clear communication about what the project will involve and his ability to balance the needs of the homeowner with the needs of the project while the work is going on. This is especially important for my spouse and me since we both work from home. Not once did we ever feel like a burden while the work was going on. At the end of each day, the work areas are organized and neatened up so our home was still completely functional on evenings and weekends. I also appreciate how Allen manages all parts of the project. He deals with all the individual vendors and oversees all aspects of the work to ensure quality for the customer. This makes a complex renovation project much easier to cope with and why Allen is always our go to guy for home projects."

"For our first-ever home remodeling, we decided to go with Matthew Willis' team to help us renovate our basement. We worked with them for a total of 2 months in turning around an empty basement to an inviting space with a wet bar, entertainment room, new bathroom, and playroom. It turned out to be a great decision to use Willis with their constant communication, knowledgeable team headed by project manager Luis, and their ability to turn our vision into reality. After a walk-through of our dream basement, Matt was timely and thorough with our project estimates which we really appreciated. He answered any questions we had without hesitation, which made him very approachable. Throughout the entire project, we knew we could communicate with him via email or text, and he was always very up-to-date with how our project was progressing. He also came by every few weeks, and he made sure everything was going as planned. Luis, our project manager, was also a great person to work with. He made sure that my husband and I were happy with his work, and whenever we came to a hiccup (and there always will be minor hiccups!), he would always consult us before continuing on. He was more than flexible with any of our adjustments/changes and stayed on task with his team. It's been a few months since completion and with the exception of one recessed light falling out, which has been fixed under warranty, we haven't had any issues. They're a great team to work with overall and would recommend."

Jefry is a great project manager and always takes your input regarding placement of different aspects and fixtures. It was a lot of fun working through picking out different tiles, flooring, cabinets, colors, etc to make the space how we envisioned it. We even got to choose the placement of extra outlets and things to make the space fit for our use. The price was very reasonable, especially after being quoted nearly double from another contractor. Our basement turned out absolutely gorgeous and now we have a functional, finished space with a full bathroom and wet bar included. The team was incredibly accommodating, gave a generous allowance for tile and flooring, etc. The project was finished with the quoted price and on time, and we will use Best Homes LLC as our go-to for any contracting needs. 10/10!"
