"JAKE Prestige Renovations INC did a phenomenal job with remodeling my business office. He provided great results/value at a reasonable cost. Jose and his team provided excellent customer service from the beginning phase through final installation. I will be doing more renovations in my office and will definitely hire him again."

"Francisco, Honika and the HomeBreakthorugh team always do a wonderful job in coming up with ideas and designs that we wouldn't think of, and which often will save us money. They are also very responsive to requests, questions, and concerns. We are very happy with our basement. Home Breakthrough has also done a bathroom and a kitchen reno for us as well. Very good work, and reasonably priced."

"Top Remodeling's basement renovation has added value to our home. The team's dedication to perfection is evident in every detail. Highly satisfied!"

"Our basement remodel with Top Remodeling was a success. Dan's project management skills and the team's craftsmanship delivered an amazing space."

"It was a pleasure again working with Yosuary Diaz and his team on our unfinished basement renovation. We hired them before for whole house interior painting. I would definitely hire him again for other home renovations. Him and his crew are great and are very skilled at what they do. Diaz was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive contractor, but overall, well worth it! We had our entire basement gutted out and rebuilt. Diaz and his team rebuilt everything from the sub-flooring, new walls, and plumbing...and other major infrastructure that is not always thought of. We love our new basement with a complete bathroom! We highly recommend Yosuary Diaz and his team if you have a major home project."

"We hired Level Headed Construction to turn a workshop into a bedroom+closet, including framing, electrical, and drywall. They were very friendly, answered questions throughout the process, and most importantly, did a great job and finished on time. We are very happy with the end result and will use them for our future home improvement needs."

"The work (basement finishing and electrical upgrade) was excellent. The bid was appropriate and the work was completed in the timeframe discussed. We appreciate the professionalism of the project manager and crew and are delighted with the results."

"This our second time hiring Allen for a remodel project. He did our kitchen in 2024 and it turned out great. This time it was two bathrooms which were completely remodeled. Allen is great to work with. I am always impressed with Allen's clear communication about what the project will involve and his ability to balance the needs of the homeowner with the needs of the project while the work is going on. This is especially important for my spouse and me since we both work from home. Not once did we ever feel like a burden while the work was going on. At the end of each day, the work areas are organized and neatened up so our home was still completely functional on evenings and weekends. I also appreciate how Allen manages all parts of the project. He deals with all the individual vendors and oversees all aspects of the work to ensure quality for the customer. This makes a complex renovation project much easier to cope with and why Allen is always our go to guy for home projects."

"The consultation received was excellent! Michael Wiggs of City Renovations & Remodeling did an excellent job of educating me on basement design, specifically how to maximize space! City Renovations also provided appropriate conceptional design layout based upon my input within 24 hours. Michael Wiggs definitely knows his craft!"
