As an update** We are returning to normal hours on May 11th. Walk-in is available, but selections in the showroom are appointment only and clients are required to wear face masks. GBC Kitchen and Bath is continuing to monitor this situation we are working hard to keep everyone safe. We are happy to serve clients Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will only have 1 client in the showroom at a time. Please CALL before coming in. Our Staff: Our staff is staying informed and being proactive as well as monitoring their health. We are asking everyone on site and showroom staff to monitor their temperatures daily. Designers are also able to work from home if needed. On the Job Site: We are using plastic barriers to separate the work area from the home and are ordering Porta Potty’s for upcoming projects to limit the need to visit other parts of the house. We have provided supplies for washing hands and disinfecting tools. For all projects currently scheduled, we have ordered all materials which are being stored in our warehouse and do not expect any delays. In the Showroom: We can also schedule Virtual Meetings on request. Staff is keeping their distance from visitors and ensuring they are always at least 6 feet apart. The showroom has been cleaned thoroughly and is disinfected daily. We are asking that all visitors to the showroom wash their hands upon arrival and we will do the same. "We would like to say thank you to KBA Kitchen & Bath Design & Build for a great job remodeling our two upstairs bathrooms. The two bathrooms were completely renovated in 5 weeks, but it could have been finished even sooner if we hadn’t selected a premium option for our shower glass enclosure. The entire project was started and finished between January 21, 2025 until February 28, 2025, which included the crew working two Saturdays, which shows their dedication in getting the job done. We were very impressed with KBA over the entire project! Specifically, we were impressed at how smooth and efficient the entire process was. It was seamless – from the initial consultation to the execution of the job. The designer, Anna, was very thorough and helpful in sketching the designs of new bathrooms and offering advice on recommended materials for the bathroom, to include going above and beyond in helping us choose just the right paint colors to perfectly blend with our newly installed bathroom accessories. Anna and Ervin both made after hour visits to provide their insight on color schemes and where bathroom accessories should be installed and look best. "Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix.
