"I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision. Look forward to having them back for my next project!"

"Great experience working with Jeff, he provided ideas to improve the layout of the basement and maximize the space. Very detailed and respectful, definitely would recommend him."

"I cannot give enough kudos to the Conrad Homes crew. Mike West, John and Brian did a thoroughly professional job finishing part of our unfinished basement. The work is well done and finished very nicely; they were efficient and friendly. Work included framing, drywall, trim, suspended ceiling and painting, plus installation of several electrical outlets and ceiling fixtures."

"I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. I have never seen a group of people work in such a coordinated, efficient, and diligent manner. His separate teams for plumbing, electricity, carpentry, flooring, and cabinet and appliance installation were extremely punctual, professional, and dedicated, sometimes working well into the evening. They never missed a schedule. The quality of their work was supreme. All county inspections passed. Jonathan also went above and beyond to accommodate my change orders along the way, and turned out very nicely. Above all, their pricing was very reasonable and more competitive than most quotes I got. I want to say thank you to Jonathan and the team and wish Best Homes LLC continued success!!!"

"Jeff is my go-to guy now for any remodeling project. He completed a 1400 sq ft basement complete with a full bath. My favorite thing about working with Jeff was he truly listened to our goals and preferences. Any time steps in the projects did not meet our goals, he would communicate with us to make adjustments. This ensured that our basement was absolutely perfect when it was completed. Jeff was very aggressively good when it came to his pricing to ensure it was fair for both parties. He also allowed us to adjust pricing to buy our own materials that matched our design preferences."

"I've used Best Homes in the past for smaller projects, but hired them to put a bar in my basement and all new flooring. Jeffry was very attentive to all of our needs through the design and build process. The team was able to answer questions when needed, and address questions/issues as they came up. I highly recommend Best Homes for your home remodeling needs!"

"We used them for drywall installation in our basement and they did a great job. Would recommend to anyone looking for home construction needs."
