"Woke up @ 4:20am to no water.  After some quick searching online, R&G popped up with excellent reviews at homeadvisore.com and Angie's list.  I called R&G~ 5:30 am, and spoke to the owners (I believe); I will note the 410 number redirected me as being out of service, but the 1-800 number went thru.  We were put on that morning's itinerary and Jeff & Dave were here at 10:30 am.  Appreciated that they called at 10 to let me know they'd be here in about 30 minutes.  When they got here, they inspected inside and outside; the well pump had failed (it was installed in 1971, and we were told we got more than typical life out of it) and needed to be replaced, as expected. Both Jeff and Dave were courteous, and the only thing that slowed them down was a plumbing materials run to the store to finish the job.  They were done at 1pm, and we tested the water in the house with success.  We ended up paying a bit more because some other materials with the submerged well pump needed to be replaced.  Having leaned heavily on reviews here and not in a position to get other bids, I'm not sure if the price was an "A", but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Plus, we were able to take advantage of an Angie's List coupon which saved us $100. Anyhow, we were without water for ~8-9 hours, and that's impressive given I feared we'd be waiting a day or so.  In fact, we use Water Doctor for our whole-house treatment and R-O system, and I will talk to my wife about switching to R&G, as they do that type of work too."

"I forgot to do this review but am glad I did because I am two years out having waterproofing services by this company. The drain and sump pump recommended by Robert Ellis is absolutely worth it. I no longer am anxious about weather forecasts because of the work done. Robert evaluated my home, gave me options and soft recommendations then allowed me space to make the best long term decision. "I followed a lead a friend mentioned and having a water management basement drain system checked to see if any blockage going towards the sump pump. This is the 30th year of having the water management inside basement draining system. Placed a project and shortly got a call from Dun Rite Drain Cleaning. I was able to speak to an actual technician as my job is not about sewer, toilets, etc. Spoke with Sterling at Dun Rite Drain Cleaning and he gave good information and he also agreed I should contact the company that has the warranty. He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. After getting information I contacted the company that I have warranty with, and it was determined I did not need the service. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. Gave information to the friend who suggested a camera system and he mentioned a good tool to get for my own peace of mind to check out the system and can be used for looking at other enclosures."

"Rema came out on a Sunday to replace my sump pump. There was a terrible smell coming from the sump pit and the pump was not working. The pit was filling up and the water was near the top. A large squirrel had gotten in and chewed the electrical wires and drowned in the pit. Needless to say the smell was quite awful!! Rema took care of everything. He had a pump available that was better quality than the one I had purchased. He completed the installation of the pump and installed a new back flow valve. He also stabilized the pipe and rerouted the wire to keep it off the floor. I was pleased by the speed at which he arrived. I mad my initial request on Home Advisor at 3 pm and Rema was at my home shortly after 5 pm. I would definitely use his services again. The price and quality of work was excellent and his installation work was much better than the old pump installation."

"Everyone was very professional and courteous. Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. I would highly recommend their services even though the price tag is quite high."

"Installation went very well. Oct 25: Rob Figliozzi came out to evaluate the work needed and brought two workers to install the sink faucet and drain/trap. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

"My sup pump failed and they came out the same day. They replaced the sump pump and spent hours getting the water up. It was great they could get this all taken care of on a Saturday. They are just great. Reasonable prices and they are always good."
