"On 05/26/18, during the 9.5 inch rain fall in Catonsville, MD, one of my pumps check valve broke, ejecting water across my basement . The pump was pumping continuously (waves were in my driveway.) We couldn't turn the sump off because of the amount of rain. I went on Annie's list and put out my request. Remedy called within 15 minutes and although had another call, was at my house within the hour and within 45 minutes was at my house and quickly had the valve replaced. This was at 10 pm on a holiday weekend. I am not rating his fee in consideration that it was an emergency call. I will utilize him again- he saved my basement!"

Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. "I followed a lead a friend mentioned and having a water management basement drain system checked to see if any blockage going towards the sump pump. This is the 30th year of having the water management inside basement draining system. Placed a project and shortly got a call from Dun Rite Drain Cleaning. I was able to speak to an actual technician as my job is not about sewer, toilets, etc. Spoke with Sterling at Dun Rite Drain Cleaning and he gave good information and he also agreed I should contact the company that has the warranty. He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. After getting information I contacted the company that I have warranty with, and it was determined I did not need the service. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. Gave information to the friend who suggested a camera system and he mentioned a good tool to get for my own peace of mind to check out the system and can be used for looking at other enclosures."
