"We are the 2nd owners of a 15 year old home. Don't know why the original owner/builder did not put a sump pump in the basement, as it would have been a cheaper option in the end. If you are building a new home with a basement, put a sump pump in, don't scrimp on what is a very valuable insurance policy. After looking at a handful of other companies to retrofit a sump pump in our cellar, we picked All Aspects Waterproofing, LLC. They did a great job! Very high quality work, and outstanding service. "I was very pleased with Remedy for installing a ZOELLER sump pump. That brand was highly recommended by my brother-in-law who happens to be a Master HVAC. The replacement took just over an hour by an experienced service technician. When completed he fully explained the operation of the battery backup. "I had a great experience working with Basement Systems USA. These guys were very professional, hardworking, and clean. They told me exactly what I needed to do and I was glad I went with their suggestions. I always had leak issues and occasionally my old sump pump wouldnâ t even work. I can truly forget about it now even in the worst of storms. In fact, that happened the following weekend after they left! A big storm came through and we even lost power for a couple of hours. The backup battery they installed let the sump pump keep working perfectly. Talk about just in time!"

"Installation went very well. Oct 25: Rob Figliozzi came out to evaluate the work needed and brought two workers to install the sink faucet and drain/trap. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

"Jomar (the technician) arrived promptly and was very courteous. he explained the process in clear terms. I expected the work to take long but he finished on time with no dirt or stains evident of a sump pump being replaced. He was super efficient and patient to answer all my questions. I will use Mr. rooter again."
