I no longer am anxious about weather forecasts because of the work done. Robert evaluated my home, gave me options and soft recommendations then allowed me space to make the best long term decision. "On 05/26/18, during the 9.5 inch rain fall in Catonsville, MD, one of my pumps check valve broke, ejecting water across my basement . The pump was pumping continuously (waves were in my driveway.) We couldn't turn the sump off because of the amount of rain. I went on Annie's list and put out my request. Remedy called within 15 minutes and although had another call, was at my house within the hour and within 45 minutes was at my house and quickly had the valve replaced. This was at 10 pm on a holiday weekend. I am not rating his fee in consideration that it was an emergency call. I will utilize him again- he saved my basement!"

"Remedy Plumbing was GREAT!!! They came to my house on Sunday without an extra charge for the weekend call. He was extremely knowledgeable. My sump pump had gone bad. He was prompt & very efficient. Decided to have him fix a bathroom problem while he was here. Highly recommend if you have a plumbing problem, call Remedy Plumbing & Drain Co."

"Everyone was very professional and courteous. Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. I would highly recommend their services even though the price tag is quite high."

"The gentleman that work this business go above and beyond to make the best suggestions for they work required. This is the second time I have hired them. My sub pump went after and more rain was coming they came out with 2 hours to fix the problem. Extremely professional man. I will be er use any other plumbing business other than Pohlman. I highly recommend if you have a plumping issue."
