"I found Naveed (Global Renovations, LLC) while hunting for a reliable kitchen remodel company in Montgomery County, MD. This being our third attempt at trying to get the quality we desired at a price point we could afford, I was admittedly a bit weary. Naveed came well recommended, and put our fears to rest quickly by taking the time to understand our priorities before presenting options that fit our budget. He worked with us over the next few weeks to refine the project and design a beautifully functional floor plan that checked off all our wish-list items without breaking the bank. Having spent a good deal of time communicating with Naveed, I find him to be down-to-earth, and really easy to work with. Naveed was happy to share customer references, and his workmanship is truly impressive. Meanwhile, I walked into our finished basement one evening to hear a hissing sound near the ceiling. With no visible signs of a leak, and guests at home, I (regretfully) ignored the issue. Sure enough, when I returned to the basement that night, there was a large damp patch on the ceiling drywall. This being fairly late, my only option was to turn off the water mains and hope to locate someone the next day. Not knowing any plumber, I texted Naveed, and he responded at 4:30AM! He promptly came over when we woke up, and after evaluating the problem (a corroded copper pipe resulting in a pinhole leak), he got the necessary supplies, making quick work of the repair at a very reasonable cost. Having the water back on saved us a ton of inconvenience! My confidence in Naveed has only grown and while our kitchen reno hasn’t completed yet, I know I have just the right person for the job."
