Very professional and the outcome is beautiful!

I recently remodeled my master bathroom with Century Bathrooms & Kitchens and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This is the first major project in my home and Erika and Daniel helped me in every step of the way. Starting with the design and selecting all the right materials. The workmanship was outstanding and at a very fair price. The workers were on time and very clean throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Century Bathrooms & Kitchens and will be sure to use them on my next project!

We were extremely pleased with the complete remodel of our master bath by Century Bath and Kitchens. Daniel and Erika were both professional and personable in their dealings with us. The workmanship delivered by the crew was exceptional. They were careful about containing the dust and debris, covering the adjoining bedroom with plastic sheeting, and cleaning their way out each evening. When the project was completed, Daniel and Erika sent in a house cleaner to thoroughly clean the bath and the adjoining bedroom. We got great value for the money we spent on this project.

Daniel and Erika created our beautiful kitchen and master/hall bathrooms. Unfortunately our projects were started at the beginning of the COVID pandemic with all of its supply issues. Our five month project turned out to take over one year. I do not blame them, I blame the pandemic for the delays. My wife and I love, love, love the design of our new kitchen. When the tile for our shower in the master bathroom was stained by the grout due to a tile manufacturing error they worked tirelessly to resolve and replace the stained tile. It’s been three years since the completion of the projects and we’ve not had any problems. Thank you again Daniel and Erika!

Working with Daniel and Erika was a real pleasure. They were professional, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our entire bathroom project effort. The planning phase was simple and pain-free and the construction team was professional, efficient and productive. The project started on time and progressed smoothly despite some delays in the delivery of production materials. Daniel and Erika were both very attentive and responsive to any questions and issues we had and they were all resolved rapidly. We are overjoyed with the results and would definitely call on them again for any other bathroom projects we may have. I will include some pictures of the beautiful shower and cabinets that we had installed as part of this project, if I can figure out how to. Please consider this wonderful team if you are thinking about renovating any of your bathrooms. You will not be disappointed.

We were greatly impressed with the whole process, from the initial guidance of Erika and Daniel in their showroom to the professionalism and courtesy of the workers to the final testing of the system. We completely renovated our basement bathroom, including converting a tub to walk-in shower with a Smart Shower Controller, and the package was very reasonably priced compared to other company estimates. Erika and Daniel promptly responded to our needs and questions. Couldn't have been more pleased.

During the planning and design phase of the project, Daniel and Erika were attentive and helpful when putting together a solution that was both reasonable and very aesthetically pleasing. Throughout the duration of the project and after, they did their best to accommodate our feedback and requests. They clearly cared about maintaining a high quality of work and making sure we were happy with how every aspect turned out.

We just completed a full master bathroom renovation with Century Bathrooms and Kitchens and are thrilled with the outcome, and love our new bath. Working with Daniel and Erika really set Century apart from other contractors, and in meeting and discussing our project with them it was that sense of trust that helped us select them over other proposals. They communicated with us before the project began and throughout, until it was completed. There was no detail too small or request that they did not work to meet. Not having completed a large project like this before, we relied heavily on their design guidance and experience to arrive at the final specifications, and we’re glad we did. The crew was also outstanding. From protecting our home with floor and furniture coverings, and barriers around the outside of the bathroom, to cleaning up after each day, it made the whole project easy to deal with. Much like Daniel and Erika, you could tell from their workmanship and attention to detail that they cared about the work they were doing and wanted the best outcome possible. As far as the budget and final billing for the project, there were no surprises. The cost proposal we were presented at the start of the project was precisely the same cost at final payment. I would highly recommend Century Bathrooms and Kitchens (and Daniel and Erika) without reservations and would definitely work with them again.

We have used Century Bathrooms on two occasions to remodel two of our bathrooms. This is an outstanding small business with a focus on customer satisfaction. Their work is superior and we have received numerous compliments on their work. They have a strong leadership team which trickles down to everyone on their staff. It was a pleasure working with Century Bathrooms & Kitchens. Erika, Daniel and Kevin were incredibly helpful in assisting us in designing our remodeled master bathroom. Their showroom allows you to see all of the items available to choose from in order to determine what you want in your new space. Being able to see how the U by Moen shower system works allowed us to chose a non-traditional shower system. The workmanship was excellent. Kevin, Steve, Jose and Carlos were all professional and true craftsmen. We were kept informed of the schedule, knew when the crew would be arriving and what days work would not occur. They made sure that areas that were impacted by the construction were well protected from dust and debris. We are planning to remodel our kitchen in the next year and will be contacting Century Bathrooms & Kitchens again for a quote.

We are extremely happy with our kitchen. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. Kevin and Erika made some great suggestions for our design that no other designer presented to us. I was a bit skeptical at first but clearly they know what they are talking about as now I can't imagine the kitchen being any other way. Everything from the flooring to the installation of the appliances was done with great precision and great care. There was practically nothing that we needed to have them follow-up on since everything was done right the first time. Kevin was great to work with. He always kept me up to speed on anything that needed attention and was willing to work with us to make sure our kitchen was exactly how we wanted it. The whole team seems to take a lot of pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. We really appreciated how clean they kept everything and took extra measures to keep dust and debris out of the rest of the house. These little details make a huge difference in the end. Now everyone who comes over raves about our kitchen. It's just perfect!

I was referred to Century Bathrooms & Kitchens by two different people that were extremely pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of the company. I contracted them to do a total demo of our main floor and put in a new kitchen, powder room, and flooring and paint throughout. We also did a total demo and install of the master bathroom. Kevin is very meticulous and does amazing work and he even found space above the bathroom and vaulted the bathroom ceiling, added a sub-floor in the “attic” we did not know we had and added stairs for access. He also discovered an empty shaft in the hallway and built a nice size hall closet for me. The entire team is very professional, and they do not cut any corners. They have a showroom in Fairfax which is very helpful when making design decisions. They use quality products and the work is excellent. Honestly, I did find that they were a little higher priced, but now I see why. You are paying for quality. I have had houses built before and have had homes that needed quite a bit of work, and I have never seen a company that performs and delivers like Century Bathrooms & Kitchens. I have had several people in my house since they have finished, and they were all overwhelmed by the quality and stunning job that was done. Several of my neighbors have already asked for their contact information. I still cannot believe how smooth the process was and how beautiful my new house looks! I highly recommend Century Bathrooms & Kitchens!

We are delighted with the work done by Century on our bathroom! They were extremely flexible and accommodating with our requests for a partial remodel (demolition, prep walls to paint ready state, install new shower, tile shower & bathroom floor, recessed lighting). Owners Dan & Erika found the perfect tile for us and helped to custom design our shower. The installers were prompt, polite, efficient, & checked with us every time there was any question. The project started and finished early as well!

The overall result was good, but getting there was a struggle. Our biggest issues were poor communication and a lack of project supervision over the course of the work. Our project involved partially updating two bathrooms in our home, which included replacing a tub and fixtures, tiling the tub surround and floor, replacing a vanity, patching and skimming the walls/ceilings, and all related plumbing work. Initially, Daniel and Erika were very responsive to our questions, provided us with lots of options, and even honored a military discount for their services. Work started on June 27th, and we were told the project should take about a week and a half. There were several miscommunications early on, and while we were told to plan for workers being at our home every day of the project, they only showed up several of those days (we rarely received advanced notice which days they would actually be there and what time they would be arriving, despite requesting this information). The workers who came were all professional and courteous, but their work quality was inconsistent. While the tiler did exceptional work, the painter used a low quality primer that peeled off the ceiling within a few days, preventing us from finishing the paint job on our own. Other issues with the initial work included that the tub overflow drain was installed incorrectly, the vanity was installed before the floor tile work underneath was finished leaving some gaps in the finish work, the new tub received a small crack during (or before) installation, and the workers left behind dust and even some construction debris in one of the bathrooms. We promptly addressed these issues with Century’s owners, who came out to check on them within a few days of project completion; however, afterwards, we were left in the dark about their actual availability to complete the repairs for several weeks. The first date they set for someone to come to fix the issues, August 21st, was nearly two months after project completion. Having not heard from anyone by the day before they were scheduled to come, we reached out to ask when to expect them. We received an email back that afternoon telling us their worker was unable to make it and that they would have to reschedule. Being frustrated with their lack of communication and inability to meet their obligations, we threatened to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. On August 22nd they sent out a team to fix the issues. Due to the difficulty we experienced working with this contractor over the course of our project, we do not plan to use them again and would not recommend their services.

Century Bath and Kitchen did a superb job remodeling my bathroom. They explained everything in detail and made the whole process easy. I live in a condominium community without main water shut-off in unit and they took care of coordinating water shut-off with my HOA. Throughout the project, they kept my small condominium clean. Given that I have only one main bathroom, Century Bath and Kitchen went ahead of schedule to finish the project but did not sacrifice quality. Their staff was courteous, friendly, responsive, and patient. I would highly recommend Century Bath and Kitchen for your bathroom remodeling projects.

We were extremely satisfied with the work by Century on our bathroom redo. It was done on time and efficiently. All of the workers were professional in demeanor and in their work. The result of the bathroom work made the decision to hire Century again for out kitchen work very easy. The results were again very satisfying.

I just had my master bath remodeled by Century Bath after not having it updated since I moved into my home almost 30 years ago. Everything was updated, except the toilet, which I had recently replaced. Erika, Daniel, and all the employees who came in to work on the project were great to work with, and very professional. Erika gave me some ideas that I had not thought of or did not know about. The employees who came to the house, put protective covering on my floors and cleaned up each day before they left. I researched and received quotes from about 7 different bath remodeling companies and general contractors. They were not the least expensive, nor the most expensive quote, but included a few features that others did not include, such as repainting and replacing a chandelier in my high ceiling. I had a sunken whirlpool tub that I wanted removed and replaced with a freestanding tub. Some contractors did not want to remove the sunken tub because that required the floor to be built up and permits to be issued, which other contractors did not want to deal with. I also wanted to add more storage space, so I now have a nice linen cabinet next to my vanity, a beautiful freestanding tub with a modern tub filler, an expanded shower with a cool U by Moen controller to turn on the shower and adjust the temp. I love the new tile and fixtures as well. It feels like a spa bathroom that I’ll enjoy using for several years, and will be attractive to prospective buyers whenever I’m ready to sell my home. I would hire them again if I decide to update either of my other bathrooms.

The jobs went smoothly for the most part. I have nothing to complain about. I appreciate that everyone was polite, dedicated, business-like, knowledgeable, and a craftsperson at what they do. All three bathrooms are beautiful and I'm proud to show them off.

We recently had the exceptional pleasure of working with Century Bathrooms and Kitchens in a total refresh and upgrade to our master bathroom. From the first visit to their attractive showroom for our initial meeting, to the day the last light bulb was installed, our interaction with the entire crew was professional and enjoyable. Every member of their team is a skilled craftsman, and the workmanship was impeccable. They took great care with our home every time they set up and took down for the day. As disruptive as any renovation can be, Century made every effort to minimize the disturbance, communicated with us on a daily basis so we felt informed about every step of the process, and left us with a master bathroom that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Century for any top quality bathroom or kitchen renovations. Their reputation, the people and their performance is what sets them apart.

It took longer than expected, 13 weeks, but the quality was worth the wait. Everyone involved were professional and respectful towards me as I was living in the home at the time of the remodel.

My bathrooms are beautiful! They reflect my personal taste and the amazing designing skills of Erika and Daniel. They know well the products they recommend. It was a pleasure to have the workers in my home. They were courteous, professional, and highly skilled. My bathrooms clearly show attention to detail from design to completion.

It went very well. The project started on time; the team was on site every day including holidays and worked long hours; they started every morning by putting down drop cloths and vacuumed frequently (my cleaning woman complained that they were not making any dust for her to clean); they were courteous and respectful. I cannot think of anything else that they could have done.

I can't imagine how the job could have gone better, from our point of view. I work from an office at home--right across a small hallway from the bathroom in question--and I was able to continue working without interruption. All the work was done skillfully and swiftly, and the crew took care to create as little disruption as possible. They obviously took pride in their work. The new bathroom is beautiful. Century's prices were below those of the other companies we considered--in one case, several thousand dollars below. We especially enjoyed dealing with Daniel and Erica. We will certainly be in touch with them when the time comes for the next phase of our remodeling.

Daniel and Erika were very helpful in showing me my choices. They gave me a realistic time for the start of the project and held to it. Their installation director, Kevin, was very professional and kept me apprised of progress and decision I needed to make. One of the reasons I chose Century was that they did the work themselves without relying on subcontractors. Aside from a delay caused by the tile supplier, everything went smoothly. Although they were not at fault for the delay that left me without a shower for longer than expected, Daniel and Erika offered to pay for a hotel room so I could get a shower! That is what I call customer service.
